Woke up at 2.30am, caught the updates for the matches. AC Milan Vs Lyon, Villarreal Vs Inter.
3am the match between AC Milan and Lyon started. Milan was almost going out, but guess what!! Inzaghi struck in the 88th min to bring the score to 2-1 before Shevchenko made it 3-1. Oh yeah!! Was very glad to see my beloved Italian club wake up and score in the final minutes!!

Sch holidays r getting bore~

Ok. So what have been doing for the past few days? Hmm, ok 1 Apr. Supposed to be a bad day. But I still went back to SP to watch the Talent Quest Finals 06. Not bad. When the judges were announcing the winners for the group category, I thought J SLAM might have done it. But too bad, the group of students from NUS won this category with their acappella style and singing. Felt abit sad for them that they did not win.

Ok now for some album reviews.

At last Anson Hu has finally release his 3rd album after a year long of absence. Very nice album with some china style tracks, most notably track 7 which means Butterfly. Very nice track, you guys should listen to it. Recommended tracks are 1,2, 4, 5, 7, 10. Go listen to it!! Go go!!

Sch holidays

Its been nearly 2 weeks since I updated this blog of mine. Ok lets recap.

1st week of holiday, worked as an accounts assistant for 1 day then I resigned. This is really not the kind of job i am suited for. Yes I have accounting background as I took Principles of Accounts during secondary sch. But that was like ages ago I only manage a C6 during my O levels. (Very lucky, haha) Next few days slack at home, then went for an interview to be a relief teacher at my Alma Mater!! Hehe. Too bad my teachers are no longer around. But then again, the sch wanted someone who can be around till June. Oh no, sch starts on 17 Apr. So I gave up looking for a job. And spend my time playing my PS2 almost everyday, day and night. I think I have become a professional PS2 gamer. Hehe.

After exams..What's next?

Don't know what to do yesterday after my interview with an IT company, went down to my usual CD shop, and I don't know why I ended up buying so many CDs. Kaira Gong, Kelly Poon, Jocie Kok, Cyndi Wang', Jay Chou. Total damage $50++. No idea why suddenly start supporting local singers. Jocie and Kelly are SP alumni, so must support leh. Lolz Not to mention the week before I bought JJ Lin's latest album titled Cao Cao and was addicted to this CD. This is a damn good album of JJ Lin. Especially track 3 Shu Neng Sheng Qiao. Its a very soothing track with china styled music, something like Wang Lee Hom's Hua Tian Cuo . Plus there is track 1, Serang Heyo Zhi Dui Ni Shuo, which is a combination of Korean, English and Chinese lyrics. Nice album and still learning the songs. Talking about learning the songs, suddenly also no idea why lately like to sing those female singer songs. In the past only sing Anita Mui and Sally Yeh's songs at KTV, but now also got singers like Rainie Yang, Cyndi Wang plus Jocie Kok in my list. Lolz. Alright thats it for all this CDs and music stuff. Don't wanna elaborate further~

Then this afternoon went out with Kelvio and Neo to town to buy clothes. One whole afternoon and bought nothing so went back to Tampines. Went to Tampines Mall and bought a few new ear studs. Then went to Pavilion to play pool which was joined by Nick. I team up with Kelvio to take on the defending champion team of Neo and Nick. Yeah, thrash them 7-5 to become the new tag team champions!! Hehe. So lucky. So many times I actually failed to apply the finishing touch to the black ball. Seems like my jinx ball for the night. But its ok, still won the championship from them. Hehe. Then went home and had a Macdonald's Milkshake on the way. My god! That was my 3rd milkshake in a few hours and my 2nd in an hour. No choice , its just too nice, haven't had it for years so now its back must enjoy the milkshake. Hope I don't end up in the toilet planting bomb tonight. Hehe

Tomorrow is her bday, and I still don't know what to buy for her plus she is not available... Sian...Headache...Heartache...But why??? This should not be happening at all. No idea myself. Don't wish to elaborate further.

End of year 1~~

Today upon putting down my pen when the lecturer told us to stop writing, the first thing in my mind was...Yes at last!! The end of year 1!! Yap the final exams of year 1 are over. The next thing I have in my mind was to enjoy my holidays plus work. Won't forget the nights I spent on my modules. Struggling hard at the last week, trying hard not to get too complacent as I know complacency has always been one of my greatest weakness all these years. So stress during those times, although some friends might have seen the stressful face I had been carrying. And now at least this someone won't have to see my stressful face anymore at least for now but I will continue to remain serious.(Don't try to be funny! You know who you are!! Lolz~~)

Have to pray really hard that I end up in BSS otherwise it is as good as not studying the course which I wanted so much. Otherwise all those good results that I used to scored in ITE would have gone down the drain. During those ITE years, I knew it was my final chance to make it back to poly and study the course I like. Won't forget the 1st day of orientation or was it the 2nd day?? Well it does not matter. I thought I would have a kind of 'generation gap' with my classmates. But come to think of it, that never ever happen. In fact I manage to gel in with everyone. (Maybe because I always dress up and behave like those 17 , 18 year old teenager. Hehe.) And soon, I starting 'gaying' around with the guys namely Gene, Bing, Kenneth, Hian Hian etc etc which was affectionately known as 1GAY22. Then started signing up with different CCAs (as many as 5 I think), and in the end only got actively involved in Chinese Language Society. Perhaps this was the only CCA that really interests me. And its true.

Alright, now that its holidays there are some night spots I really wanna go!! Ladies night, Men's night, Members night, whatever!! From MOS to Zouk to Club Momo and Madam Wong's!! Yes groupies!! Please inform me if you guys are going!! Its been a long time since I last groove to the rhythm of techno, trance and RnB music!!! So come on!!~

Final Countdown

Devils and Angels are still fighting!!!

Not sure why am I writing this post. But tomorrow is going to be the final exam for Java programming. Also my worst nightmare. No matter what happens tomorrow, I know I have tried my best. I would need all the luck in this final exam. And after I clear it and get into my BSS option, all I wanna do is to thank my lecturer for his help and helping me to get through. Yes, it seems I have already achieve a D- or close to it but tomorrow will give me the final chance to get a better grade probably even a D or D+. And from then never ever to see Java programming again in my life. Yes, lets just pray for this paper.

SG Idol Auditions Day 2

Ok...Sad to say I am out of SG Idol auditions first round. It was totally different from what I had expected. This is perhaps the second part of my dream which I did not dreamt of. Being separated from my friends is ok but getting eliminated is shocking. I entered the audition room and to my surprise, the judges are just some backstage crew instead of Dick, Ken, Florence and Jacintha. While waiting for results, my heart sank real low when my number was the last one to be called out from the group. I thought I was through but in fact no! Even my own friends were not spared. Who are these idiots without any music background to judge us?? Come on organisers, at least give us the 4 judges!!!

Lousy singers go through and the better ones are eliminated so fast. Now I know those audition rounds that we see on TV are not real. Not to mention how on earth Sylvester Sim can make it through first round despite his lousy singing and poor attitude in the first round. SG Idol 2004 first round auditions were based on lucky draw according to some of the contestants that took part previously.

Still in a very bad mood. Practice so hard, change my singing style so much that it sounded more natural and much better according to comments given by friends. I thought I was nearly there. Then again thanks to those backstage crew as judges and I am out. If the judges had been Dick, Florence, Ken and Jacintha, I would have nothing to say as they have vast experience in both music as well as the entertainment industry.

This competition is so unfair!!! We want to be re-auditioned again!!!!And this time give us Dick Lee, Ken Lim, Florence Lian and Jacintha!!! Have to stop here now!! Gotta concentrate on my upcoming exams!! Good night!!

SG Idol Auditions Day 1

Today suddenly became a very happening day for me. I also had no idea why I signed up for this SG Idol stuff. Maybe my dreams are leading me to somewhere but I really do not know.

Woke up at 8am, bath and change then rush down to meet my friend W. Both of us reach Cinileisure around 9.30am. And to make things worse, we queued at the wrong place!! Eventually the organisers lead all of us to the correct queue point. At the registration queue, I could hardly believe it! Actually it was expected also. I think there were at least 2000 people in front of us. Strangely enough, I ended up mixing with the people in front and behind of us. Got to know 2 working ladies namely E and S(both already 26), plus 4 guys R, D, G and Z. Got another 2 malay gals, but can't recall their names. What a coincidence, G was actually my senior when I was studying in ITE back then. No wonder he look so familiar. Lolz. Soon the whole group were chatting and talking as if we knew each other for a long time. Then more funny things happened along the way. Daniel Ong came along and 'borrowed' us plus a group of others in the queue. He wanted us to film the ad for SG Idol and we had to shout something like:"SINGAPORE IDOL TONIGHT ON 5!!" Next Gurmit came along and motivate the crowd with his jokes and talking. And also he was picking out people to be interview with the usual questions: What makes you wanna join SG Idol? Or even ask you to sing in front of the camera. Think got caught on cam at least 3 times today. So embarassing. Oh no!! Hope I won't be shown on TV.(Later the whole SP will know I am who)

As time passes, R suggest each of us sing our songs. Wow, when it came to my turn, I sang my song. Titled . All of us were singing and raising our spirits. And more funny, when we look at each other's forms, mine was strangely funny. They ask me if I had joined the correct competition (should be in Project Superstar instead) because I had written Andy Lau and Jacky Cheung as my idols. While they had all written international English pop acts as their idols. So W ask me if I was gonna sing Jacky Cheung's In Love With You . Yaya it was funny. But I was just stating down truthful facts on the form.Lolz

Time passes very fast suddenly and it was already close to 6pm. The organisers annnounced that we would only be registered today and auditioned tomorrow. By the time we registered it was 8pm. And sadly enough I would be separated from my new friends and my own friend. I was given the 8pm to 12pm time slot the next day.Plus I was the last contestant for this time slot while my friends are the first contestants for the 12pm to 4pm timeslot the next day. This is really happening like the way my dream was leading me. I practically have no idea at all. Perhaps it was fated to turn out this way. Whether I make it to the next round or not, I will do my outermost best to prove myself to the judges and not to let myself down. Come to think of it, I suddenly felt I sounded like Bryan McFadden of Westlife after I change my singing style. Lolz. I think I am mad now after one whole day of standing. Alright gotta stop..and rest well for tomorrow's auditions. Good night to my peeps out there~~

Finally its up!! After so long finally decided to reopen my blog.

Devils and angels are fighting in my world..Getting stressed up over it. Just really unsure who will be victorious. Just what on earth is happening to me these few weeks??Life is suddenly turning upside down ever since I recovered from a near 40 degrees fever. Plus not to mention getting stalk by some ah lian. Seem to have turn into another person but I am not too sure myself. I am still trying to find myself after so long. The real me!! Yeah the real me!! It seems like my spilt personality is getting the better of me!!
But then again wait! Singapore Idol is just a few days away!! Looking forward to it!!

Spend my Saturday afternoon at Jurong Point, supporting J-SLAM. Took a couple of photos. Not very nice as I was in the wrong position during that time. In case you have no idea who are they, let me just introduce them. It is a group consisting of 4 girls and 1 guy(their guitarist). They will be performing at the Talent Quest 06 finals on 1 Apr 06.

In just 3 weeks time it will be a major battle at the end of my Poly 1st year. Victory is a must!! Ended the night by chatting with someone special over the phone. Don't probe over who this special person is. Good night..Getting physically tired...Plus there is an interview tomorrow for my Java project. Wish me luck!! Everything is counting on this project and hope Mr Goy gives me a high grade which will ensure my smooth passage to my option!! Ok gotta stop here now. Good night~~
